Butts County Georgia-Administration County Administrator Dr. Alan E. White

Dr. Alan E. White serves as the County Administrator for the Board of Commissioners and the offices under the Board, functioning as the both the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He began his service with Butts County in 2009, coming in from the Butts County Industrial Development Authority where he has served as Executive Director since 2007. He continues to hold this position for the Development Authority as well. Prior to that, he served in the field of education for 37 years.
